Why Ticho's...
This hotel is named after Denmark's Tyge Brahe (also called Tycho or Ticone), one of the greatest astronomers in history. He became famous in 1573 when he published a report of his observations of the new star (that we now call supernova) that appeared in 1572 in the Cassiopeia constellation. He was probably the greatest observer of the sky that ever existed that used the naked eye; in fact, just a few years later, the telescope was invented. Nevertheless, Brahe didn't limit himself to summarizing the other systems without making discoveries, but instead offered new interpretations and performed innovative observations. What could be a better source for inspiration for a structure like Ticho's Hotel, which, operating in the tourism sector, has made its passion and love for the hotel business its symbol.
